Hey, I realized I've made a mistake joining this site. I thought I would feel comfortable here but it seems the more I shared what I'm going through, the worst I feel. I thought I would feel better :?: My therapist thought it would be a good idea to do this or either join group therapy offline...

Hey Vonnie,

Welcome to SPW. I felt very similar when I first joined, but it just took some time to get use to. So Im glad to see that your staying.

I'm hanging in there the best I can with this sore throat but if it doesn't get better I'll have to see my doctor. Thanks for your concern! 🙂
