I'm not sure if this is what you mean by solution form, but I always mix the tablets into water to dissolve them and then drink the water. I mix 2 1mg tablets into about .25 liters of water. I just find this easier than swallowing tablets. They are basically tasteless so that is not a problem.

Interesting problem...I have a somewhat similar problem since, also in Europe, glycopyrrolate tablets are not readily available (they would have to be imported on a special request by a medic, but medics are not usually prepared to go out of their comfort zone with meds they have no experience with, just because it's easier to say no).

Anyway, I've finally found one doctor in the Netherlands who uses an oral glycopyrrolate solution for parkinson patients and I've set up an appointment with him. Unfortunately, there was quite a long waiting list to get an appointment with him so I will have to wait till the end of octobre. I'm hoping he'll prescribe it for me, but I've read some things about that he works with glyco because he knows the side-effects are much less compared to conventional tertiary amines, so I have good hope he will.

I'll keep you posted...

Where the hell are Robinul available after all? It's not in Europe or Middle East obviously, and my Chinese doctors scanned the entire country (China, that is) and found only one producer of the stuff. He was out of stock.

The only place I know is pharmacy.ca which is a Canadian site but apart from the canucks who on earth have access to this mystical drug?

YES! I just started the 0.5% glycopyrrolate solution last week, and it worked from the first day. Now I just don't sweat on the face. Period. It had to be made up at a compounding pharmacy, though, because it's not that common for pharmacies to have in stock. I'm very happy with it and just want to tell everyone.

The pills I hear have far more side effects and dont work as well.

@Grimaldi

It's available in the US as well (Robinul/Robinul Forte). I don't know about other countries (Japan? Malaysia?) it would seem odd if it isn't available over there cause alledgedly more people suffer from HH there.
