I'm going to be starting the Dr Richards audio series today. I think it takes five months to complete. I won't be coming on here anymore because I want to have a good go at it. If I stay I know I'll end up reading the negative posts and it won't be good for my recovery. I'll be back in five months to let you all know how much I've improved (if I have that is). So keep challenging your SA If you put the effort in you are bound to get results. I've lived with this shit for too long now. So see you all in a couple of months
