I would say I have a slight case of social anxiety, The problem is in certain situations my head just pours with sweet and I'm very embarrased by this. This has lead in turn to my social anxiety. If I meet someone new or talk to a new group, more than likely the first trickles of sweat come streaming down my forhead and sometimes it a deluge. Many people have told me not to worry aboout it it but I can. The more I think about and the more I think people are staring the more i prespire. This makes me even more inhibited. Sometimes I tell people I'm on some swort of drug like cocaine or speed lol
This is perhaps the one thing that has held me back in life. I know I can very far professionally Like I said before many of my friends tell me to ignore it, but I'm very self concious about it. It also always happens if I'm waiting in a long line at the bank or grocery store. As the sweat in ny head increases I get increasingky paranoid about it. I usually tell the cashier I'm on some weight loss drog that speeds up the metabolism
I wish I could defeat this since it has held me back from such promising carers. If I am with a small number of people i'm fine but in stuffy crowded areas or in a long line at say the bank the sweat start to come down. The sad thing is I'm completing my MBA and it for me its rather embarrasing to guve interviews or presentation has sweat riddles my forhead. Its a disgusting problem
I have no clue what rhe cause is. Other people seem to do fine ...at the most they'll bluch which I find far moe preferable. Could it be diet? I am 15 pounds overweight and BG is a little high
