Hello im new here !! sorry for my english!!
im fighting with my shyness and i have got few days with out that shit...

1 I eat few medicine stuff and after that im open !!!

every morning I eat good breakfast + teaspoon of GUARANA+ ALVENTA(it help my brain to produce serotonine and dopamin)
good diner+ teaspoon GUARANA + ALANERV( all B vitamins )
on eavning i go to hipnoze and make my body relax, and do some execise...
AFTER THAT im open more thant before , some days im 100% open all day long, some day not... what is my point... im looking for peoples that wants to try it on them self and write me do they see any efects..

2 with out medicine
I fly london- bydgoszcz(2 hours) few times and always after fly im open, my shynes desaper!!! but i go sleep and next morning i have back my sheness..
why im open after flyight? i think .. its because of PRESSURE.

Hey, I think 'open' is really good way of expressin it, confidence is kind of about being open and honest with the world I think.

I don't really believe in nutrition for getting over SA anymore, for me it can have a short-term effect sometimes, but I think basically SA comes down to your thought process. I've taken various supplements, eat healthily etc but it hasn't helped much. Actually it gets really bad when I'm in supermarket buying these healthy foods cause I feel so self-conscious

I really think CBT is the way to get over SA, since it goes to the root of the problem

Well that was a wonderful idea. I hope to see the results of other who try it. How long did it take you following this regiment to start noticing the differnece?

3 weeks and i see big diferent!! what i can say more... it really work for me , before that i was unhappy 6/7 days a week now its 0/7 , some days 1-2 a week im super social man :) , other days im normal i talk i go out
