I hide it when I'm in pain publicly. It has mainly to do with that I don't want to appear weak like a crybaby {as do most, I suppose?} but as much as not drawing attention towards me. I freak out when people start looking at me, and especially if a whole horde of others start focusing on me. It feels like they're after me and all I want to do it to escape^^.
