Gah...every damn Monday I get a massive stomach ache and my food passes right through me...I can't stand it, but I know it's from the stress of starting a new week...having to go to classes and be around people after two days of blissful solitude. I don't know what to do...should I not eat breakfast and lunch on Mondays? I already skip lunch all the time because of this...dunno if skipping breakfast would make it better or worse...I guess there really is no point to eat breakfast since it doesn't stay in me more than 30 minutes anyways...just...fuck. Anyone have any suggestions?
