I am on an antidepressant along with a sedative and anxyolitic. I never have energy, I feel tired and lazy all the time. But mind you this is much better than how I felt before. What are ways to get more energy during the day besides something like coffee? Thanks!

I am not on any meds and I too feel sleepy often. Its like no matter how much sleep I get I feel like a zombie.

I ve notice that during the winter when I spent most of my time outdoors bikeriding and jogging along the beach I get much more energy. Maby you should try going out doors and try some bikeing.

Yep general exercise is good. I tend to notice I get really lethargic when I miss my routine.

like... really lethargic.

high energy foods and a good diet
eat Tuna, Salmon, Steak, Salad, Fruit, Veg, Chicken, Pasta, all will give you energy throughout the day

your doing the wrong thing by thinking coffee can help, coffee or sugars will give you quick bursts of engery then leave you feeling drained.
All the foods i listed above will keep you energised throughout the day.

people are just like cars without the proper fuel we dont work properly

yea good selection, be sure to excercise when munching on high carbs, loser, or else you'll become tubby...

I don't think that's possible.

Thanks for all the responses. I eat a very healthy diet already and don't drink coffee.
