When I'm about to do a chore or an assignment I don't think about how awfully tiring it's going to be, I'm just focusing on getting it done. I just do it, that's all^^.
Good post. Also remember to exercise regulalry for 3 times per week for 20 minutes per week! Exercise actually adds energy to your life, and besides that it increase your self confidence, self esteem, and adds to your general feelings of well-being.
