I was with my friends that I know for about three years and I can't think of anything to say, interesting or not, that isn't connected to my social phobia and ocpd... so they're is no use of cbt.. as I see those friends everyday in school and actually sit next to one of them... when i SAY NO USE IN CBT i MEAN i CONFRONT THEM EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!So I'm just hoping that in time I will get over these thoughts and my necessity to be funny as I use to be before this all started!!!!!!!!! any advice???? pls
