People will comment that I look either unwell/very tired or anxious. However, I have been told over the years that I have a somewhat infectious laugh and I can usually make anyone laugh about something. I think sometimes I experience something like mania....very rarely but when I do I like to provoke people into laughing

If you're going to experience mania, provoking people into laughter is an awesome way to get through it!

When I was little, I openly display my emotions. People could read me like an open book, and sometimes that works to my disadvantage. So over the years, I tried hard to put on a neutral expression. Now my face is stuck in this neutral expression and I have a hard time showing positive emotions like happiness.

If I am sad, happy or angry, whatever emotion I am feeling, normally it shows up on my face, I am not good hiding my true feelings.
