Does social anxiety age u?

Don't think so.
I'm 23, and people always tell me I look 18 or 19. So I don't think it ages you, there are a lot of things that can age you, genetics I know is one. It could also be maybe just something you do, like I think smoking might do it. But I smoke too (well only for 7 months).

Wow... i'm alone at this. I'm surprised that everyone is younger lokin. Anxiety caused me to age like 5 years of my real age. I was 12 when i had anxiety...now i'm 16....but 
i look like 20 somethin...... i'm soo unsocial....anxiety stresses my mind soo much which really ages me... i get too many thoughts...somtimes its like my mind wants to blow up...totally.....

when i was like this i always felt really tired almost all the time even when i got lots of sleep & everybody i know says i always look high... so it will probly change how you look expression-wise but if your talking about like hitting puberty faster or something i dont know. I think it has something to do with selfesteem too. when i had the sp i was always cutting myself down so theres no way i could see what i really looked like in the mirror (does that make sense?)

mee too, I always felt tired and people always thought that I was high or something, even thought I have never done any kind of illigal drugs. It really sucks. I also noticed that I started getting white hairs, even though people in both sides of my family do not get them in their teens. My mother is almost 50 and she has less than me. It has to be the SP. Everyone in my family is very young looking, but I have to work hard at looking my age.

weell Im 25 people always think I'm younger grrrrrrr i hate when someone in my building says are you the little sister?
yes I am the little sister but just for one year of diference !!!!!!not so little !
anyway thats genetic my sister looks younger too she is 27 but when she started a job that really make her look more like her age,something about her presence so now people think i'm very young
