Does being housebound immediately mean having severe SA?

With never having a panic/anxiety attack, does being housebound mean having severe SA? Or does it mean that it's just being very avoident?

Doesn't it depend more on how you're feeling? Are you housebound because you feel so anxious around people, or is it because you are afraid of leaving home - not because of people? I think it depends more on the reason than the actual being housebound.
