Given the carry trade's bubble burst in the past few years, does anyone profit from forex. My mathematics is not as sharp as it could be, but it seems to me that there is really no way to make money from this outside of position trading.
Swing and day trading seems luck based... I don't put much faith in technical analysis to be honest. I've stopped trying a long time ago. I just want to know if anyone here actually profits from forex consistently using technical analysis or otherwise. My elder brother still engages in forex but he's really just bleeding funds all the time.
And at any rate, it seems like a negative sum game to me...
