Does anyone know any good chatroom sites for S.A.D Sufferers

I don't usually do the chatroom thing mostly because I don't know where to go for any good ones and I don't feel comfortable about chatting on the internet.
However I decide that the best place to start. To get over my anxiety issue is to vist some sites for social phobia/anxiety sufferers. I looked on the Social anxiety uk website. but there was nobody in any of them and some did not work, I,ve also had a go on this website but the chat page freezes up. I ve got java but I just can't seem to enter the chatroom

So any suggestions for good social anxiety chatroom sites?

yes. here's one. the ppl are so friendly and they're not jugdmental.

i found it helpful, made me feel like i wasnt alone.
