For the most part, yeah. I do know. Or at least I've been able to piece a lot of it together. SA starts with resistance against fear and just grows and grows. You begin to feel overwhelmed and overpowered because you feel you can't deal with normal things like confrontation, public speaking, and social interaction in your everyday life. But whatever is making you feel this way, confront it. Weather it's internal conflict or conflict with somebody else. Getting through the burn, and hardening yourself to fearful experiences could be your one way ticket away from it all. Just get a backbone, and break through it. It's much brighter on the other side. Oh yeah, and take care of yourself. You only have one shot, make it a damn good one
