Do you have a low self-esteem?

I assumed that everyone who suffers from sa had low self esteem.

My low self esteem is a big part of my problem, also sa gives me low self esteem. The worst thing is that my low self esteem shows. I might as well have a flashing neon sign above my head showing the fact.

Surely if you have low self esteem u have low confidence (im confused as i'm happy with my looks and self but not with my personality)

I did for many years,i don't now and when and if on rare occasion I feel it start to creep back into my head..I just tell it to get the F out....it doesn't control me or who I know I am.
