I do like staying at home some of the times, however I get really easily anxious as well. I don't like being home alone for so long that someone will come breaking the windows and kill me. I don't know. I usually want to stay locked in my room than go out of it. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm so scared to leave my room that I feel someone or a ghost is in another room. Especially if it's the dark.

I'm a home body too, and I like being alone. Anxiety issues make it unpleasant to be places for much longer than a few hours.
After work when I step in my door I always give a hugh sigh of relief and sometimes I say out loud, oh...my home ahhhh. lol

This is me, exactly. Sometimes it's hard for me just to make it through the work day.

I have experienced this. When I was little, I stayed in a very large vacation house with 3 stories with my family, and we get the whole house to ourselves. It was scary because I kept thinking there were ghosts. Small and moderate houses don't scare me, but large ones do because you never know who might break in.

When I'm home alone, I shoot with my brother's BB gun, put shaving foam all over my face, jump on the bed, watch gangster films and order pizza. Then I set elaborate traps for potential burglars and await their ultimate defeat.

sounds like fun

someone should make a movie of that

yea i love it too. its awesome, but i also like when like only one friend is over and we are home alone (no homo). i just feel we can really just be ourselves together then

I'm home alone most of the time.I don't have any friends(been backstabbed countless times),so I just stay home to myself, and if I do chill with anyone,it's with my family, thats it.

Well, I got to pay for my bills, so I can't stay at home, but got to go to work.

When I'm at home alone, then that's... well, ok. I like it. Except when I know that friends are doing something interesting. Then I'd prefer to be there. Which I normally am.

Man I love staying home too. I got Xbox and I never feel bored whatsoever. My house is my heaven where my social anxiety doesn’t exist. Though Once I step foot off the house, Anxiety immediately occurs. Dang!

Same here. If I go out or some strangers come into my house, SA kicks in.

I absolutely love being home alone, although I have my pets too so it's not too insanely lonely. I really enjoy being able to blast my music that no one else likes, cooking in the kitchen without worrying about other people coming to bother me (I don't like sharing the kitchen haha), watch movies at loud volume (I've always liked doing this, I don't know why), and I basically just like space. Living with 3 other adults, plus my brother's girlfriend who also stays here a lot, I sometimes feel crowded out. I usually spend a lot of time in my room because I like my space.

yes I enjoy being at home, inside rather than outside. I would prefer to be alone in the house most of the time especially right now.

I stay at home alone because of the SA... Its not my choice, its horrible seeing people parting, kissing and having fun, expecially in Facebook
