Did it got stronger when you knew you had SAD?

hey guys thanks for your answers, I kinda forgot I posted this and now I come back and see many answers, thanks.

Well as I said in my case it did got a bit stronger or at least after I realized "what was going on" I became more aware of my actions or behaviors and well after that there have been a lot of depression probably because of a combination of the anxiety, maybe a bit of extra anxiety cause I quit cigarettes 6 moths ago, being laid off and unemployed for 5 months, had to move out of my apartment and move back with my parents(ran out of $) and somehow the shyness or anxiety limits me or creates barriers on my mind that block me a bit to find a job and well at this point I'm kinda thinking of going the loneliness way and become a hermit and go to live to the woods or something like that, where I don't have to relate to anyone. I would love to go to live to some sort of self sustainable commune where I think you will have to relate with less people in order to get your basics to be alive which at some points I question my self if it's worth's it.
