Did I have a panic attack?

I wasn't doing anything and in my room. My vision began to double over. I got a headache. My arms and fingers cramped up and I had trouble breathing. My body got tingly all over. This doesn't sound like a panic attack, but it's the first time I've experienced this. After the tingling subsided, the headache lasted another fifteen minutes. I lied down and it got better in a few minutes.

I can't answer the question, so maybe I should just shut up. But I once experienced tingling at the beginning of one of my panic attacks. It was in my scalp.

In fact, I started to have a panic attack last night, shortly after taking Ambien! What really scared me was the thought that I would start behaving inappropriately under the influence of the drug. I just kept reminding myself that panic is always transitory, and I fell asleep.

Doesn't sound like a panic attack - more like a stroke or maybe a migraine to be honest - definitely see a doctor about this
