Okay so I have OCD and lately I've been remembering disgusting things about my clothes out of the blue such as when I've had wet dreams in underwear. I don't masturbate, so I usually have constant wet dreams. Now I realized almost all my underwear have semen on them and I fear putting them on. I keep running out of underwear everyday I get a wet dream. I don't want to go out in public with these underwear, even if I wash them. I want to buy some new pairs but can't without anything to wear to the store. What would you guys do?

Examine the underwear after it comes out of the wash and see how clean it actually is. You'll see it's more than satisfactory and shouldn't worry about it uncleanliness of them, as they are not dirty. If it continues to bother you that much though, you could stop wearing underwear to bed, or buy some sort of adult diapers to keep your underwear clean.
