Don't you find that you anxiety level is fluctuating rather than steady? My problems use to come and go, so that I have a good period and then it hits me again and I have some bad times for a while and so on. Well. Any shared thoughts will be appretiated.

I was asking for your thoughts, Riptor, so, of course it was :) Well, in my case it's different (although I can see where you are coming from). It's like periodizing, not depending on anything from outside. There simply is a good month and then another bad one. I don't know if it is caused by anything at all. It just happens.

im a big beleiver ("ohh im a beleiver!" lol) that some of it is down to a physical condition. i.e brain inbalances and nutrition, what do you guys think..

Hmm...my anxiety is more situation related, rather than it being a fluctuating thing I guess. There are specific incidences where I will be more anxious, as well as other situations that cause lesser anxiety.

I have found that my anxiety symptoms are worse just before I get my period. Something to do with hormones, I guess.

Same here. Wonder if my anxiety cycle might be related to my menstrual cycle in some way..

Anxiety during menstrual period is maybe the result of the disturbances of normal changes in neuronal excitability during the ovarian cycle.
