CBT Online Help?

Hi, I've just joined. Over the past 10 years I've had 4 lots of CBT at clinics/hospitals in private or group sessions and each time I've got better. Before I had treatment I was so bad I couldn't stand in a supermarket queue or walk down the street without thinking everyone was staring at me or something disastrous was about to happen to humiliate me. I'm OK with things like that now but I still have a problem with social gatherings. Yesterday (xmas day) everything got on top of me and I ended up breaking down in front of my family (only my sister has ever known that I have it). I've always been able to hide it from work, family, friends but now my family knows - which is the worst possible thing!!! I screwed up xmas cos everyone was in tears trying to understand what was wrong with me and I couldn't explain what I go through - they didn't understand. I ended up fleeing home to have some space. I thought I was doing so well but obviously I need to go back and have things 'tweaked' and get back on top of it. Are there online CBT help sessions? Are they as beneficial as having one on one with a clinical psychologist? - because I've had all the treatment I just need to be reminded of what to do.

CBT didn't help me much, but ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) has helped me a lot. Whenever I stray off the ACT path (which is often), I try to reread my ACT self-help workbooks. This also helps when I get depressed.
