I wonder if anyone had heard about the infection Candida? There are some websites that claim going on the Anti-Candida diet will cure you of hyperhidrosis....It basically consists of all veg, all meat (not pig), whole wheat... NO sugar or sweetners, NO artificial chemicals/preservatives etc, NO fruit. Nothing tasty basically!! lol all home made, organic meals....
If you google Candida symptoms, it brings up a list of symptoms, i have checked almost all the boxes, a lot of the symptoms i had when my HH first started, like urine infections etc... i just wonder how many others have similar symptoms? if you google candida questionaire, there is a check list that will tell you also, and there is a spit test etc to confirm if you have candida....
Anyway, just a thought. I am currently on week 2 of the diet, which is proving difficult, mainly the no alcohol policy, but Im litterally at my wits end now and desperate from any sort of relief.
