burdock for HH

hey ive been doing some research on herbs for HH and i have found that burdock directs the sweating into the lymph nodes and kidneys rather than through your pores. has anybody used burdock and was it effective?

if you have used any other type of herb please share. thanks

hey everyone.. i just purchased burdock in pill form. i will post my reviews in a couple weeks to see how its working

Screw it. I'm ordering some. We'll see if it helps with acne as well, so I can stop paying for the expensive retin-a.

My armpits are still sweating, but I think it is helping my face. I'm combining it with potassium and adrenal supplements, and one of them is helping. In the past my face would sweat excessively just being outside in 70-80 degree heat. Now, not so much.
