I am a 34 year old man. I was bullied from 3rd grade all the way to Junior year in high school. In my Junior year I began to study martial arts and have been doing so ever since. Any high school age kid in the Kansas City MO metro area (I live in Lee's Summit) suffering from bullying I will teach you self defense under supervision of your parents and I will do it for free. I will teach you the real stuff, the kind of stuff that will ruin someone's day in a hurry but what you will get from training is what helps the most. It is the knowledge that you don't need to fight and the confidence to walk away. It is the best defense against the emotional pain inflicted by bullies. Your self worth is means everything and that is what they can take away from you if you let them. That is the real damage that bullys can inflict.
