Haven't posted her in months, but in the meantime I've read several books on the subject of SA, some very good. Being a singly guy who always had trouble talking to women, I found three books that stand out:
From Shy to Social: The Shy Man's Guide to Personal & Dating Success
(Assignments starting from easy and progressing to more challenging. lots of useful dialgue examples)
Without Embarrassment: The Social Coward's Totally Fearless Seduction System (very bad title, but the book is good at analysis and remedies)
How to Talk to Anyone: 92 Little Tricks for Big Success in Relationships
(Not necessarily aimed at SA, but excellent advice nonetheless)
The first two books know SA and present ways to improve yourself, via body language, speaking tone, eye contact and many other subjects. It DOES work, if you keep at it. The third book is very good for general conversation in different situations.
