I suffered from anxiety attacks about 2-3 years ago, and up until recently, I was totally fine..never had any panick attacks...did not suffer anxiety throughout the day AT ALL...
I just graduate college a few months ago and moved out, and immediately it hit me and it's been full force ever since....i absolutely refused to take any prescription drugs again ( they made me much worse when I took them in the past ) and I can't afford to go to a therapist because I have no health insurance...
I have been practicing meditation, but it only seems to help WHEN i'm in a meditative state....
so, i'm thinking of purchasing some books..self help books and whatnot....there's a lot of books out there for anxiety....are there any that are highly recommended? If so, let's here em...because I am desperate..
