yeah, this problem is huge, especially because this is exactly what people with SA are trying to avoid in the first place. no one likes to be embarassed. i def. have this problem all the time, and as a teenager, i always hated high school presentations. in my final year, i realized that most people didnt pay attention to what i had to say, so it didnt matter. obviously this doesnt apply to you. in your case, i would have to say that if you dont want to have surgery done, or if you dont want to take beta-blockers, which actually stop the anxiety from happening, but of course they have some side effects, then the best thing to do is either breathing exercises, which actually helps more for the racing heartbeat and panic attacks then for blushing, but i find it helps because when i blush i most likely get anxious at the same time. the overall best thing to do is to ignore it. its not always as bad as you think it is. once i thought i was blushing really really badly but it turned out that it wasnt that bad. but overall, just know that there are always other people out there that are having the same problem, and we are here for you if you need more help!
