Blog about overcoming social anxiety through CBT

Hi everyone,

I just started a blog about my journey overcoming social anxiety today.
I'm about six months in doing daily cognitive therapy and many behavioral
activities and have come a long way, but I still have a long way to go.
I realized today when doing a behavioral activity that others may like
to read about my experiences with CBT and social anxiety (it'll also
keep me in check on doing my daily therapy).

Take a look if you're interested. I plan on posting daily about what
I'm doing.

My apologies if this is considered inappropriate for this forum.

Cheers!

I read it, and thanks for posting it.

I started seeing a therapist about 2 months ago, going once a week. I've been making some slow progress, but this week has been particularly crappy for me. I feel pretty bad right now, and it's hard to think I'll ever have control over this. It's encouraging to see others making progress.

Oh, and does the journaling help? I just started to keep one last week. I try to write down any negative thoughts I've had and then write in more rational versions.
