weed :) lol or if thats not 4 ya kavas good or valuim or xanax but the dr wont prescribe them 2 me :( i can always buy them tho lol

Any tips about relaxation techniques or maybe changes in diet that can reduce anxiety? Do you fnd that they reduce anxiety to a worthwhile extent? I've usually overlooked this stuff and have just tended to focus on trying to overcome what's making me anxious.

I was smoking weed for a few months and it really didnt do much for me in fact once i got put on risperdal it fucked me up big time

im talking paranoia like crazy

so i brush that shit off

any other suggestions?

Lorazepam, clonazepam, Xanax. I'm not entirely sure they really did all that much. All I know is that I feel much less anxious during the end of the day.
 
Exercise? Maybe we should all prescribe ourselves a 30 minute walk.

Supposedly anxiety is a triggering of the fight or flight response. But since we don't do either we get pent up energy / hormones. So I'm going to try scheduling in some walking. Walking has always made me feel better in the past. And now that I'm working again I think I need it more than ever. Hopefully with daylight savings time I can go to the park, listen to some tunes and/or practice mindful walking.
