Bad dreams

What is up with bad dreams? I had one the other day that scared me so much, that I ended up crying when I woke up. I know it's related to what I have been through in my past, fear, but I don't need to be reminded of those horrible feelings. I hate the brain!

I have plenty of bizarre dreams that I remember when I wake up.

Last week, I dreamt that someone was strangling me in my bed (nice!).

Also on a different night, I dreamt about a werewolf. However, it was the one that was scared of me, and it ended up smashing through a window to escape me! :lol:
