Hi! I'm happy Ive found this s.a site finally :D I was on the sauk site for a little while but didn't get much feedback....
A little about me: Ive been suffering from s.a. for about 20 years now but was only diagnosed with it 10 years ago. My mum, brother and grandma have it as well...so its all in the family... Ive tried to deal with it numerous times but I find as soon as there is a change in my life (new job, lost job, children etc..) I go back to square one. Its quite disabilitating at times esp when I have to pick up my son from school, take him to parties etc.. Even amongst some of my family(my inlaws) i get anxious. Its so bloody hard :x
