i wonder if anything helped you in your SA, beside medication. sth like a book , audiobook, exercise? anything.

please share me what you benefited from.

Exercise is a very good thing. It is a known fact pyshically fit people eg sports stars have a lower heart than the average person. So the idea is to go for runs, gym, whatever, and you'll feel better for it. Make sure it is intense exercise, not just like walking the block. It is also a good release from stress. Both these things a part of my way it combat SA/SP in combination with things like therapy and drugs.

Exercise + eating properly + Summer Sun + riding my bike somewhere where I can listen to airplanes fly up high + music to go with it.

I suppose you could call it an excericse?...but exposure has helped me majorly recently.
Just doing little things at a time, and pushing yourself slightly out of your comfort zone each time.
It's helping to build my confidence a lot.
