Anyone with Social phobia live in Pennslyvania near vandergrift?

I just moved here from California, and i don't know a soul. I'm 18 all i do is school online, smoke cigarettes, and watch t.v. occasionally i talk to my parents, but i just don't like them. I'm so lonely..and since i have huge social anxiety Im afraid to go out and meet people.
Anyone live near vandergrift and willing to meet?

My cousin/aunt/uncle live in Pennsylvania but I rarely see them anymore. Havent been there since 2007.
