They seem to give out some good advise, i haven't read through the whole thing cuz im tired from coming back from the gym but looks good. BTW, how is your dieting and workout routine working out for your hh?

It was pretty humid and hot as hell today so my feet started to sweat some sticky odor stuff and needless to say, i cleared out a "private" section at the gym to myself tonight lol. As stressful as it was seeing everyone stair at me and cough and move far far away, i feel good from a good workout!

Edit: for the herbal supplements, have you tried taking chlorophyll tablets/liquid? I tried it awhile back cuz it's suppose to help with sweating/odor/and give some green to the body since i don't eat as much greens/fruits as i should. I'm thinking about trying it again cuz i didn't really commit the first time around.

well, im not sure how it's holding. I am working out pretty well, 2 to 3 hrs at the gym frm mon to sat and eating few calories in the form of protein veggies and fruits. I'm not sure if it's helping. However, i've been reading a lot on sage tea which is said to reduce sweating by up to 50%! So that's on my list of next to tries. Also, I'm taking 2 magnesium tablets since I heard it worked for some, i think it does something since i feel a bit of a dry mouth drier than usual but i get sleepy and some stomach aches so i'm nt sure. But it might be the vinegar, since i'm taking vinegar as well since there's also a tip on reducing sweating by drinking a spoon of vinegar with water. Also, there's another natural remedy tip which is drink a cup of tomato juice daily on an empty stomach.

I'll try the cholorophyll tablets thing, I haven't heard about it yet. But I highly recommend the sage since there are many support to it being an antiperspirant and it has a substance that acts as a coolant. I will see if I can get some today. I'm also gonna be getting avert. I really don't wanna do the surgery anymore.

It's good to mention I'm down from 200.2 pounds to 180.4 pounds. My goal is 154 pounds

Hey Rexus, grats on the weight loss! Don't cut it short man, 150 would be nice :p. Btw i tried the spoon of vinegar and tomato juice tips, didn't seem to work. I didn't dilute the vinegar cuz i wanted to take it in full strength, if anything, my tongue became dry and yellowish. I also became desperate and drank a quarter bottle of vinegar and i turned white and threw up lol. I'm also thinking about using sage and black tea for a foot soak in my ionto machine, i might drink it too cuz i love tea lol ;p.

Yeah, I think the vinegar does nothing, since it isn't backed up by science. However, SAGE TEA is! According to most sources on the net I've red it helps with flushing and decreases sweating with up to 60%, and I read a story of a lady who cured her hh by taking sage tea daily for 5 years. I'm really having my hopes up for this. The magnesium tablets didn't do much I feel btw, and I've missed a couple of days of workout since I took ditropan and it just left me feeling like ****. Damn ditropan is such a horrible medicine. I'm not touching it ever again.

I'm going to give sage a try, aswell. It's not something I have to go out of my way to find, so it's worth a try. I'm wondering though, if I should apply it to the the affected area, or drink it?

drink it and apply it to the affected area i say Mr Drips. Both work. But something working on you internally is better than externally, especially if it's natural. Peace
