anybody try seredyn?

Hi

I was looking at medications for anxiety relief , and alot of them have alot of bad side effects, then I came across this one called Seredyn .. suppose to be natural .. just wondering if anybody has ever tried this stuff and if it works?

Hi there I have had sa for about 15 years I tried seredyn which is from a New Zealand based company tried it but did nothing for me I have tried numerous antidepressants which I find that effexor xr is the most useful for social anxiety just allows me to not get caught up in my panic that I have but I still have attacks. I also dont believe sa is for people who are shy because I am quite extroverted but my anxiety makes me shy. When I have sa under control which I have in the past I am probably the life of the group quite bizarre hey. Getting back to seredyn it did not help me at all I find the most important thing for me to do is not get caught up in my thoughts about the panic attacks around people. I have done alot of research and have sort of leant to live with this which I am sure I could be doing alot more but I am focusing on other issues at the moment. Keep your chin up and I can give you some names of books which have helped me through difficult times

Seredyn did nothing for my anxiety. Medical marijuana, on the other hand, is a life saver. Benzos just make me numb to everything and I always develop a "fuck that" attitude when I take them for too long...
