has anybody tried the linden method it' supposed to be so scientificaly proven and all that stuff, 96% success rate and if you follow through properly it's a 100% chance you'll get better 8O

Yes, I've tried it and its beyond terrible. I tell ya, the affiliates love it though, its like 40-60 dollars per sale? Thats why its so difficult to get real information on the program because everyone is trying to sell you it.
The program can be summed up in a couple words - "Block every single thought of panic". Thats 200 dollars right there. Thats the entire pillar system and the DVD's and extra material are complete fluff.
Its as if linden figured out that panic creates panic and built an entire system of fluff around one silly idea to try to block it completely.
The idea of outright blocking panic is a little dangerous as well. Panic attacks happen because we block too much to begin with and the panic itself manifests into some incredible intense fear that manages to break through every so often.
