hey. guys. hows everyone here? i was wondering if anyone here have used anxiety meds to control their nervousness? i know it wont stop the hands from sweating, but does it at least control your nervousness so that you can continue on with whatever you're doing? does it help a lot- in terms of nervousness. btw, what should i tell my doctor if i decide to go and ask for anxiety meds? thanks

thanks for the quick reply. but i forgot to mention a couple more questions. is there any meds i can get over the counter? also, this is going to sound really stupid but, how exactly do u feel when you are on the med? like, how would u feel if u were on the med in the same situation where u would get really nervous when u weren't on it? thanks

zoloft seems to help with the nervousness. I have found a combo of zoloft, robinul (avert), and drysol for underarms and forehead seem to work well enough.

you'll get extreme fatigue and senses cut off if you combine those horrible drugs -- i've done it myself
