Anxiety is starting to be my friend!!!

I noticed that when i get anxious, i try now to turn it around and try to make it work to my bennefit. ie: I was starting to freak before i boarded a plane, i stopped and said. " instead of thinking the worst, maybe this will lead into a better and relaxing time!!
