I'm writing to those of you who suffer from anxiety and depression, and compete in hard sports/ exercise.
I'm looking at competing in some martial arts after years of absence from competition. I need a focus this year and at 37 may be having an early midlife crisis!
I generally find this level of exercise makes my anxiety worse....but its something id like to do for myself.
Any tips from the guys/girls that have been there?
