Am i the only one here who's a bit sceptical about this "Clicking" thing?

Hi everyone i just came across this movement called "clicking" , it seems a bit of a far reach to be true, given that the like/dislike ration has been switched off ,My roomate thinks its legit, but he's a stoner so obviosly he's opinion dosent mean much .what do you guys think? looney or something that might actually be legit?,

I watched the whole video, and although i was slightly put-off by it being made by russians, i did find it very interesting on the whole. And it does make sense to me, but i'll have to try to progress with the "clicking" method myself before i can make any further judgement on it's authenticity (or degree of authenticity).
