alternative/ herbal meds??

Hi,

My doctor is refusing to give me any medication to help with SA and blushing...which is probably best!

Im currently in hypnotherapy for it but was wondering if anyone had had any luck with alternative or herbal meds?

Hi!

There is a forum (taking place right now) on an alternative vitamin B6 for SA. I was reading it. Some of the people taking part in the forum have begun to take vitamin B6, they have not reported if it has worked for them yet. However, it would be good if you talked with them. You'd probably get more info.
