Especially the verbal and emotionally manipulative ones.
A friend of mine was a victim of bullying in the middle school. Eventually, the situation got so bad that I got involved to that bullying, meanwhile the teachers did nothing and hid to their coffee rooms.
It was time for a break and three of those bulliers started bullying and beating my friend again. I went to have a talk with those bulliers and all I said went just right over their head. When they didn't stop beating my friend, I beated two of the bullies to a bad condition.
It gave me consequences for a long time but nobody ever bullied that friend of mine or anybody in my class.
Those consequences doensn't bother me, especially when that friend of mine told me he was considered suicide many times and without that interference, he probably would have done it.
Violence isn't the answer but sometimes anything else doesn't work. Kids can be very cruel. Sad.
