Ok so yesterday I had a pretty bad headache and I took a couple Advils for it and it seemed like my anxiety dropped alot about 45 mins after. Can anyone relate to this ? And would it be bad to take a couple advil eachday to minimize my anxiety ?

It's a pain killer, right? yea of course it helps. I use to take pain killers to do speeches at school and shit like that.

ya i found it really calmed me down alot and i remember another time i took a couple tylonol 3s and i was totally relaxed it was nice!
