Is it normal for a US soldier in Iraq to be anxious while doing patrol?

I'm always scraed and anxious, but I think maybe a have reasons to it, people abuse me! Streets are dangerous, people stab each other! People laugh at me because I always look scared.

So, Is it normal for a US soldier in Iraq to be anxious while doing patrol?

Are you kidding? I'd worry about you if you weren't anxious. Maybe nobody else shows it as much as you do.
