This is a little list from experimenting myself:
-Drink lots of water. It helps cool your overall body temperature and clean out toxins.
-Take Omega 3 pills. Help with skin and overall health.
-Drink Green Tea. Atleast one glass a day or its antioxidant properties.
-Splash face with cold water when you feel the heat sensation. Then walk around a bit too allow the air to cool the flush down. Let the water air dry.
-take l-lysin supplement (amino acid good for skin, some people use for acne)
-Apply Lysine plus(its a cold sore cream) but is made with all natural ingredients that are also great for the skin. I tried it on my face and it has been an instance favorite. It worked awesome in reducing the redness. I have been using for a few days and its nothing but positive so far. I rinse it off after a 2 minutes after putting it on.
If you notice a relation to eating food and flare ups.. then try apple cider vinegar as a natural digestive aid. Or Betain hcl before a meal. Warning: if you feel a burning sensation in your stomach your body already makes enough of this.

-Exercise atleast 30 min a day. This is a must: it uses your excess energy and releases chemicals that improve overall blushing even if you get flushed from the exercise itself. Everyone does.
-Try to stop thinking so much. This is the viscous cycle where a flush comes and then worrying about it makes it a lot worse. Break the cycle and relate a blush to extreme happiness. So for now on everytime you blush its a good thing and its funny how it seems to leave then.
