OK im reading and reading since im Polish and have language problems tell me if im on the good forum. I have social Phobia i meen i turn red in bad situations and even small situations that shouldnt make me nervous.

hi Pitrus!...yeah, it sounds like you're on the right forum...especially when you say you turn red and get nervous in even small situations...sounds a lot like me.....and probably lots of people on here....hopefully you can find some help...and some friends here..
