4 tips to prevent panic attacks

Thanks for the tips there, I've suffered from panic-attacks for quite a while now.
It usually starts when I'm surrounded by people and lots of hussle and bussle is around me.
I find it pretty difficult to make it stop, but I sometimes manage to do it.
Panic-attacks are one of those things that are quite hard to explain to people.
They don't initially make you feel panicky, it makes me feel as though I'm gonna' pass out.
I get uneasy and sometimes wobble slightly feeling dizzy and faint.
The fear that other people will see you pass out and cause a big to-do also becomes more intense the longer it goes on.
It's a terrifying experience and makes you feel as if you need to flee as quickly as possible.
Also, as with most sufferers, certain things can trigger an attack off. Even the tinyest of things.
For instance, I only need to look at something at a certain angle or hear something of a perticular sound to trigger one off.
Panic-attacks seem very hard to cope with for the sufferer at first, but there are ways of calming oneself down ultimately.
