26, never been employed. How to explain in interview?

Isn't it? I mean, no one gave my social anxiety. Yes, I was bullied, and yes, I went through bad break-ups, and yes there may have been certain genetic traits or parenting choices that guided my social abilities in a certain way, but in the end, I was the one who chose the ways in which those things affected me. I get the whole trauma thing from bullying as a child, and I even understand feeling horrible after rejection, or something bad that someone said to you, but at the end of the day, the way you decide those things will affect you will influence the outcome tremendously. Either you get back up and keep pushing on, or you lay in bed for weeks feeling sorry for yourself.

Not saying this happens 100% of the time, but a lot of it is ultimately up to how you react to things.
